How do I add clothes to my Lookify wardrobe?

Open the app, go to your wardrobe, and tap the + button. You can take a new photo or pick one from your camera roll — Lookify uses AI to extract the clothing item and categorize it automatically.

Why does Lookify need access to my camera and photo library?

Lookify needs camera access to take photos of your clothes and photo-library access to import existing ones. You can change these permissions any time in your device's Settings under Lookify.

How does the AI generate outfits?

Lookify analyzes the pieces in your wardrobe, your stated style preferences, and your past interactions to suggest outfits with Smart Mix and Wardrobe-Only modes. Recommendations improve the more you use the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. To change or cancel, go to your device's account settings (App Store / Google Play subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google — Lookify does not process refunds directly.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section inside the app. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. For help, email info@lookify.app.

How do I exercise my privacy rights (GDPR / CCPA)?

Email info@lookify.app to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Send an email to info@lookify.app with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and Lookify app version. Screenshots help a lot.

Where can I download the app?

Lookify is built for iPhone and Android. Use the buttons on the home or support page to open Lookify on the App Store or Google Play once it's live.
